Repeat blood testing for longevity programmes, so every draw can be compared

Aniva supplies the kits, the shipping, the accredited laboratory and the results interface, so every draw a member gives can be compared with the one before it. Aniva is best for programmes that charge for follow up rather than for a panel, because the same saved panel can be repeated at home or at a partner location.

Member record

Every draw beside the earlier ones

You save your own panels and reuse them.
Members draw at your clinic, a partner site or at home.
A later panel is compared with an earlier one.
What it is

What Aniva supplies and what your programme keeps

Diagnostics as a service means that one supplier provides the collection kits, the shipping, the accredited laboratory and the results interface, so that another company can sell blood testing under its own name.

Your programme is the name on the report, and a longevity programme is repeat measurement, so the record of every draw matters more than any single panel.

Your member draws at your clinic, at a partner location, or at home with a capillary kit.
More than 2,500 parameters are orderable, from routine chemistry through to genomics and microbiome.
Every draw is saved in one record, so a later panel can be compared with an earlier one.
Your logo, your colours and your domain appear on the console and the member dashboard.
A new parameter can be added to a later draw without a new supplier or a new contract.
What happens today

Clinic owners name the same mistakes when they start

Twenty-six physicians answered questions about running a longevity clinic on the record, and the same three answers came back again and again.

A new service line costs before demand exists

One physician named this as his first mistake, because each vertical adds equipment, staff, training and management before anybody has proved the demand.

Testing without a paid follow up gives the member nothing next

Another described running tests, handing over supplements and watching members feel lost about next steps, which is why she moved to a membership with consistent follow up.

A generic report makes your clinic look like every other

The founder of that physician community wrote that automated commentary on laboratory values will become a commodity and every report will start to sound the same, so the difference has to stay with the clinic.

What changes

Members renew for the comparison with their earlier draw

A member renews when the new result can be read beside the last one, so every draw has to be saved in one record and in the same panel.

One panel at a time
Each draw is filed on its own, so the member is handed a page of numbers with nothing to compare them with.

Second panel, in another system
Units and ranges do not match
Little reason to renew
With Aniva
Every draw is in one record, so the follow up starts from what has changed since the last time.

How it runs

Every step from the panel to the follow up

Building that record has four steps, and what you hand the member at the end is the comparison with their earlier draw.

Build your own panels

Assemble panels from the full catalogue and save them, so your team orders one item rather than twenty.

Draw where the member is

A venous draw at your own site or a partner location, or a capillary kit at home, with the courier arranged either way.

An accredited laboratory analyses it

A partner laboratory accredited to ISO 15189 and working to RiliBÄK, the German quality guideline for medical laboratories, runs the panel and releases the values.

Compare it with the earlier draws

The new values are in the same record as every earlier draw, so the follow up conversation has something concrete to show.

How it works

Members renew when they can see the second measurement

The chart below follows one member's vitamin D across a year. The first value tells them where they stand, and the three that follow tell them whether the programme worked, which is what they are paying for when they renew.

The questions longevity programmes ask next

Programmes at this point ask about their own brand, their own panels and what can honestly be claimed, and these are the answers.

Will our report look like everybody else's

Only if you want it to, because the dashboard and the report show your brand and your wording, and Aniva supplies the values rather than the commentary.

Can we keep our own panel design

Yes, because you assemble panels from the full catalogue and save them, and you can add a parameter to a later draw without changing supplier.

What can you honestly claim about repeat testing

In one large randomised trial the calculated cardiovascular risk improved in the group shown their own ultrasound image and worsened in the group that was not. That evidence is about seeing your own measurement rather than about blood testing, and a scoping review of the wider literature found the effect of biological feedback in general remains unclear.

Do our members have to come to us for the draw

No, because a member can use a capillary kit at home or book a venous draw at a partner location.

Is the member dashboard a medical device

The console and the dashboards are designed as non qualifying software under the medical device rules, and conformity for the assay is held by the partner laboratory and the device manufacturer.

How is this priced

Pricing is quoted after a short call, because it depends on the panel, the draw frequency and the number of members rather than on a published list price.

What happens on the call

Bring one member panel, and we will build it in the console, show where your members would draw and show what the second draw looks like beside the first.
